Took my car in for just an oil change (quoted me $50 for this service but afterward it came out to $158 being due, so with that you could imagine my surprise) they also did their full inspection or whatever, I guess this just comes with the oil change.. you know to up-charge where they can. The real shock I had was being told that my rear brake pads and rotors needed immediate repairs. They heavily exaggerated & that I’d be jeopardizing my safety if I didn’t repair them today. Their estimate for this particular service was $707.97. I politely declined. A day later I went to Advance Auto Parts and purchased all four new brake pads for $111, and installed them with my father (1 hour labor). My point is this, all four of my tires brake pads had at least enough meat on them to last me at least 4-5 more months. And my rotors are great. I went ahead and changed the pads myself since I had already did the work of taking them off. How would an establishment know exactly what conditions these parts are in WITHOUT taking my tires off to properly inspect them? You can’t 100% be sure after just taking a brief glance at the brake pads/rotors and then try to bust someone’s head for some mone

Fast, clean, and professional service. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they got me in and out quickly. The techs were friendly, the prices were decent, and they included a full fluid check. Great spot for a quick oil change and basic car maintenance.

Went here because I got a Groupon with a decent price for my oil change. Some of the employees were nice but 90% of them were mean and acted like they had better things to do. They complained about the way I drove up, even though I was following their instructions. Months later, I drove through a puddle on the road and the cover for my oil guard comes loose. I thought that the splash shield just came apart from going through the puddle only to find out that they took my screws, left only one there, and put it back loosely and also took all of my clips that go up in there. Not to mention they didn’t tighten my drain plug for the oil so then it started leaking. Not sure what kind of business does such shady work like this, but I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. My vehicle is only a few years old and they have already taken away my parts. My vehicle has not had an oil change since as it was only a couple of months ago so I know for sure it was them and they’re rude employees doing shady business. I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time and had outstanding service from Alex he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I definitely recommend this location fast and outstanding service. JIFFY we need more people like Alex he's all about customer service and efficient, and has a great business mind thank you Alex and Jiffy Lube 5 stars 🌟 each

Needed to change my oil and rotate tires and was able to find a Groupon to Jiffy Lube on S Florida Ave. Mind you I've been used to going to Tire Plus and Take 5, so I was used to good service. Once I arrived to Jiffy Lube, they showed me what GREAT service looks like. They notified me of everything under my hood and what could possibly need replacement soon. Caridad was the one in charge of oil and reviewing filters and she wasn't pushy on trying to get sales at all. I literally came in and was done with both services in less than 30 mins. I spoke with the Manager Nena and gave my opinion on her services and commended her and her team for the excellent job! Now I found my go-to place for oil changes needs and you should try them out!
